We’re renting out our spacious Altbau apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain, Berlin. It’s a really bright place with those classic high ceilings that give it an open, airy feel. One of our favorite spots is the east-facing balcony—it’s perfect for morning coffee and gets plenty of sunshine, which is great for all the plants we’ve got growing around the place.

The apartment is decorated with a lot of wooden furniture, giving it a warm and cozy vibe. We’ve also added some Oriental touches here and there, which bring a nice, calming atmosphere to the space. Overall, it’s a peaceful and comfortable home, and we’re looking for someone who will enjoy living here as much as we have :-)

The location of our apartment is one of its best features. It's right in the heart of Friedrichshain, just 100 meters from Boxhagener Platz and 200 meters from Simon-Dach-Straße, so you're close to everything that makes this neighborhood so special. Despite being so central, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, giving you the best of both worlds.

The street itself is vibrant and full of character, with an authentic, artistic vibe that really captures the spirit of Friedrichshain. You'll find lots of small galleries, local shops, and cozy cafes nearby, perfect for soaking in the neighborhood's unique energy. It's a great spot if you want to be in the middle of the action but still have a peaceful place to come home to.

We are 2 minutes away from U-Bahn Samariterstrasse (U5). There is a Dennis Biomarkt 1 minute away, an Edeka on 2 minutes walking and a huge Rewe on 7 minutes walking.

We’re looking for a kind and conscientious person or couple to rent our apartment. It's important to us that whoever moves in cares about their environment. We’ve put a lot of love into making this place feel like a home, and we hope to find someone who will take good care of it—especially the plants that bring so much life to the space :-)
