Die Wohnung mit Balkon zum Innenhof liegt im 1.OG einem Neubauhaus und verfügt über 2 Bettzimmern und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, wo man sich trotzdem die 4 Wände nicht so eingeschränkt fühlt. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch ein Stauraum für Schuhe und Koffer, ein Beamer mit Leihwand und ein Keyboard. Und zum Final aber nicht weniger Wichtig -eins von den Bettzimmern ist mit der besten 1.6 m Leesa Matratze ausgestattet.
The flat comprises of a huge living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (everything you need to cook a meal, make a smoothie and a coffee + dishwasher), a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. You will be using the spacious master bedroom. It has a large double bed with the best ever 1.6m Leesa mattress and hangers for your clothes. The second bedroom has also 1.6m bed and a hanger for clothes. There is also empty big IKEA PAX-wardrobe in the corridor for your clothes.
Die Wohnung ist mit perfekter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel: M10 hält direkt vor der Hastür, die Haltestelle heißt Bersarinplatz und U5 Frankfurter Tor erriecht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Edeka und Denn's Biomarkt sind nur 1 Minute weg.
Es gibt auch eine Packstation direkt hinter dem Haus.
Volkspark Friedriechshain ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und nur 2 Haltestellen mit M10.
You will live in the upper part of Friedrichshain and also not far away from the yellow area of the neighborhood like Boxhagener Platz, where you find bars, restaurants, shops, clubs, art, and a weekly market for regional food and the Sunday clothes market. It's also close to Warschauer Straße and Frankfurter Tor.
Suche zuverlässige Person/Pärchen, die sich auch um meine Pflanzen kümmert.
Keine Haustiere und Rauchen in der Wohnung.
Zusätzlich zur Miete bitte ich um eine Kaution von 300€, die du natürlich zurück bekommst.
Ich setze auch einen Untermietvertrag auf.
Es wäre schön, falls du eine Haftpflichtversicherung habt.
