Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt oder in 2 M10-Stationen zu erreichen.
Du wirst im oberen Teil von Friedrichshain wohnen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum lebendigen Bereich rund um den Boxhagener Platz, wo du Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Clubs und einen Wochenmarkt mit frischen, lokalen Produkten am Samstag sowie den Sonntagsflohmarkt für Kleidung findest. Außerdem bist du in der Nähe der Warschauer Straße und des Frankfurter Tors.

You’ll be living in the upper part of Friedrichshain, not far from the vibrant areas around Boxhagener Platz, where you’ll find a mix of bars, restaurants, shops, clubs, and a weekly Saturday farmers' market for fresh, local produce, as well as the Sunday clothing market. The apartment is also close to both Warschauer Straße and Frankfurter Tor.

Wir suchen zuverlässige Person/ Pärchen/ Familie, die sich auch um unsere Pflanzen kümmern kann.
Minimum 25 Jahre alt :) Keine Anmeldung möglich
Keine Haustiere, wilde Party und Rauchen in der Wohnung.
Ich setze auch einen Untermietvertrag auf.
Es wäre schön, wenn du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast.
