I rent my beautiful 3 rooms old apartment in the heart of Samaritan Kiez during my stay abroad for 12 months.

01 May 2025 - 30. April 2026

I am looking for a responsible and trusting person who deals with the apartment and my things :) One way to extend the rent is unfortunately not possible, as I then need the apartment again for myself.

The apartment is located in the very beautiful Voigtstraße. In 6min you can walk on the ring track or U5. Lateis, cafés, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are nearby.

The apartment is rented furnished.

The apartment is only rented to non-smoking. A deposit of one month's rent is also collected.

I’m subleasing my beautiful 3-room Altbau apartment in the heart of Samariterkiez for 12 months while I’m abroad.

1st of May 2025 until 30th of April 2026

I’m looking for a responsible and trustworthy tenant who will take good care of the apartment and my belongings. Unfortunately, an extension of the rental period is not possible, as I will need the apartment for myself afterward.

The apartment is located on the lovely Voigtstraße, just a 6-minute walk from both the Ringbahn and the U5. Late-night shops, caffes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

The apartment is rented fully furnished.

Only for non-smokers! In addition, the security deposit is one month’s rent.

Ich vermiete meine schöne 3 Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Herzen des Samariter Kiez während meines Auslandsaufenthaltes für 12 Monate.

Ich suche ein verantwortungsbewusste und vertrauensvolle Person, die mit der Wohnung und meinen Dingen pfleglich umgeht :) Eine Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung der Miete ist leider nicht möglich, da ich die Wohnung dann wieder für mich selbst benötige.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der sehr schönen Voigtstraße. In jeweils 6Min ist man zu Fuß an der Ringbahn oder U5. Spätis, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet.

Die Wohnung wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Außerdem wird eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete erhoben.
