We are renting out our home for 6 months starting May 2025 until 31 Oktober 2025.
The charming Berlin-Altbau home has 1 big bedroom, a work area, a living room with a dining area and access to a balcony, 1 bathroom, and a sit-in kitchen.
The apartment offers a perfect blend of historic wooden floors, high ceilings and modern amenities. The Wifi is strong, and the kitchen is fully equipped and loves being used (we are both avid cooks).
We are looking for a professional person or couple, who want to spend the summer in Berlin. This is our home, so looking for someone who will treat it and our neighbours with respect.
The flat is situated in Reuterkiez, a lovely neighbourhood close to Hermanplatz in trendy Neukoelln. U7 and U8 underground stations can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Surrounded by great restaurants, bars and parks (Tempelhof, Hasenheide and the Landwehr canal), we hope you make yourself at home and enjoy your stay in Berlin.
