We are going to be out of Berlin for a month and we thought that leaving our flat alone at the middle of the summer would be just selfish... So we´re renting it!! It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second one with a kid bed (a double mattress is also available), so it is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Even if you´re 5 or 6 there´s a double sofa-bed in the living room.
The location is perfect. 10 minutes walking form Alexanderplatz, where you get connections to almost everywhere, shopping, etc... A huge park is just around the corner. 4 supermarkets are just 2 minutes away. So it´s very central and very quiet at the same time. The Berliner Wall is also at a walking distance if you´re up to walking tours.
We are looking for some adult, responsible and no smoking people to rent our flat to, as we have a kid and a little baby and we would love to come back and find the place just as we left it, if you know what I mean!!
So if interested just contact me and let´s talk about it!! A deposit of 600 euros, plus the complete amount for the whole period (780) is to be paid in advance. Total 1380 euros.
As there´s internet included, and the law here is quite hard with illegal downloads, there´s a small extra contract to be signed assuming responsibilities, just in case.
The deposit will be refunded directly as soonest we come back and see that everything is ok with the flat.
