Living room: Two big windows + a glass door that leads to the balcony, Woburn bluetooth Speaker, two seater sleeping couch.

All rooms of the flat have windows which makes the apartment very bright. (Personally I often use the living room as a photography studio.)

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, just 2 walking minutes from Samariterstraße / Boxhagener Platz.
15 min by train from Berlin central station --> Samariter Straße.
Right in front of the door you have a coffee place with great coffee and croissants. In my street there are multiple restaurant options. Just minutes away is Boxhagener Platz with a flea- and food market every weekend.
Countless bars and restaurant options just around the corner. (I can give you a few recommendations if you want).
4 big supermarkets for grocery shopping, also in walking distance.
Lots of nightclubs are just around the corner. (Berghain 5 min by Taxi. Kater Blau 8 min, Watergate 8 min).

This is not an AirBNB. Normally I live in this flat so it is important for me to rent it out to someone that knows how to be respectful to my plants, books and furniture. No party people please, even if it's absolutely fine to play music at my place.
