Wir ziehen um, weshalb zwischen dem 26.01.2025 bis Ende März bzw. Ende April, unsere bisherige Wohnung frei ist (keine Anmeldung möglich und Achtung: eine Übernahme der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich). Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG und ist dadurch sehr hell (Wohnzimmer gen Osten, Schlafzimmer Westen).
Die meisten auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Möbel bleiben vorerst in der Wohnung.
Komm(t) gern vorbei und mache dir/macht euch selbst einen Eindruck, und wir klären Details und alle Fragen :) Wir sind flexibel mit Ein- und Auszugsdatum. Die Angaben zu den monatlichen Kosten sind 100% korrekt und beinhalten Warmmiete, Strom, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag.

We are moving to a new place and have an overlap of 2-3months (26th Jan - end of March or even April) with our current place, which we are offering for a sublet for this time (no Anmeldung / registration possible, and a take-over of the flat unfortunately is not possible either).
Our 2-room apartmnet is situated on the 3rd floor and nicely bright (living room with balcony facing east, bedroom west).
Most of the furniture will remain in the flat for the time being.
If you're interested, just come visit, and we can discuss details and further questions :) We're flexible regarding move-in and moving out. Monthly rent is exactly as we're paying it and includes warm rent, electricity, internet, media fee.

DE: Die nächste U-Bahn Station is 5min entfernt (U Prinzenstraße). Auf der einen Seite unseres Gebäude befindet sich eine Schule, auf der anderen ein großer Hof - keine laute Straße. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt sind alle Ecken Berlin ziemlich gut zu erreichen. Man kann am Landwehrkanal schön spazieren, ist mit dem Rad im Nu am Tempelhofer Feld oder Schlesischen Tor oder an der Museumsinsel, uswusf.

ENG: The nearest U-Bahn station is 5 min on foot (U Prinzenstraße). On one side of our building there is a school, on the other a courtyard - no noisy street. Since the apartment is centrally located, everything is within reach and easily accessible. You can walk along the canal, be at Tempelhofer Feld, Schlesisches Tor or museum island by bike within 10-15 min, ect.

DE: Wir können die Wohnung nur rücksichtsvollen Interessenten anbieten, bevorzugt Einzelpersonen oder Paare. Partys sind absolut untersagt. Wenn du/ihr ein Händchen für Pflanzen habt oder zumindest regelmäßig gießen würdet, würde ich mich enorm freuen, da mir die Pfanzen (Balkon und in der Wohnung) sehr am Herzen liegen. Sonst können wir über alles reden, damit es für beide Seiten passt!
Bei Interesse bitte einfach schreiben und wir machen einen Termin aus, wenn eine Besichtigung gewünscht ist.

ENG: We can offer the place only to considerate applicants, preferably single persons or couples. Parties are strictly prohibited. If you are fond of plants and would agree to water the ones in the flat and on the balcony I'd be extremely happy. Other than that we can talk about everything and find solutions in order for all of us to feel comfortabe!
