Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Zur Ausstattung gehören unteranderem ein 1,60x2,00m und zwei 1,00 x 2,00 m Betten, Smart-TV, große Schränke mit viel Stauraum, zwei große Couches mit Schlaffunktion und ein Sofa, Samtstühle, Esstisch, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Elektroherd und -ofen, Staubsauger und vieles mehr. Alle Küchenutensilien dürfen benutzt werden.

Es handelt sich um einen Nichtraucher Haushalt, Rauchen und Haustiere in der Wohnung sind strikt verboten. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

Der Mieter sollte der deutschen Sprache mächtig sein, damit er auch mit dem Hausmeister kommunizieren kann, er die Aushänge im und am Haus versteht und eigenverantwortlich mit der Wohnung umgehen kann. Geregeltes Einkommen ist zwingend notwendig.
Eine Haftpflichtversicherung wird vorausgesetzt.

Besichtigungstermin ist (online oder präsenz) ab Mitte/Ende Juni möglich. Die Kaution ist vorab zu bezahlen und wird am Ende der Mietdauer vollständig zurückgezahlt, sofern keine Schäden am Mietgegenstand entstanden sind (außgenommen Gebrauchsspuren). Eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung ist vorzuweisen.
Verlängerung der Mietzeit möglich und erwünscht.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. The equipment includes a 1.60 x 2.00 m and two 1.00 x 2.00 m beds, smart TV, large closets with plenty of storage space, two large couches with bed function and a sofa, velvet chairs, dining table, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, vacuum cleaner and much more. All kitchen utensils can be used.

It is a non-smoking household, smoking and pets in the apartment are strictly prohibited. Registration is not possible.

The tenant should be able to speak German so that he can communicate with the caretaker, understand the notices in and around the house and be able to deal independently with the apartment. Regular income is imperative. Liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) is required.

Viewing appointments (online or in person) are possible from end of June, mid July. The deposit must be paid in advance and will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the rental item (except for signs of use). Valid liability insurance must be presented.
Extension of the rental period possible and wanted.
