Long Term Sublet in Neukölln / No Anmeldung / 1280 all included

I am going to work in France for a couple of years. The flat is furnished but some things can go, and there is space.

I am looking for super boring, super clean people. The Hausverwaltung discovered that I had 6 people with an Anmeldung at my place, so unfortunaltely we have to keep it low key, so no names on the door (you can C/O my name to get mail, of course), and if anybody asks, we are the best of friends since forever. We can write a contract between us of course.
The neighbours are pretty relaxed, just the woman downstairs is a bit sound sensitive , so no parties or wildlife.

I need clean people because it hasn't been renovated in a while, it's harder to keep a place like that in shape.

Finally, Internet is fast, everything is included but I don't use much heating, so expect a price bump next year. We will adjust the rent next year. I imagine something around 70 euros more.

We can write a contract between us of course.
