Hi :) meine schöne Wohnung ist für 5 Wochen (06.03-10.04) frei da ich für eine kleine Reise unterwegs sein werde. Der Preis für 5 Wochen beträgt insgesamt 975 Euro inkl Heizung, Strom und Internet. Ich vermiete die Wohnung auch für 3 (585 Euro) oder 4 Wochen (780 Euro) falls du sie nicht für die gesamt Zeit brauchst. Falls du schon eine Bleibe ab Anfang März suchst finden wir evtl auch eine Lösung.
Die gemütliche Altbauwohnung hat einen großen Flur mit viel Stauraum, ein kleines aber feines Bad, eine gemütliche Küche ausgestattet mit allen was man braucht (inkl Spül- und Waschmaschine), und ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch und Balkon. Es gibt einen Innenhof in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.
Das Haus hat eine nette Hausgemeinschaft

Hi there :) My beautiful apartment is free for 5 weeks (from March 6th to April 10th) as I will be travelling for a little. The total price is 975 euros for the entire 5 weeks, incl heating, electricity and internet. If you need a place only for a shorter time, I can also rent the place for 3 weeks (585 Euros) or 4 weeks (780 Euros). If you are looking for a place already from the start of March we might also find a solution.
The cozy old apartment has a large hallway with plenty of storage space, a small but nice bathroom, a cozy kitchen equipped with everything you need (including a dishwasher and washing machine), and a large living/bedroom with a desk and a balcony. There is an inner courtyard where you can park your bike
The house has a nice house community.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist finde ich optimal: Gleich neben dem wunderschönen Körnerpark, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tempelhofer Feld, einige süße Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft, aber dennoch eine ruhige Nachbarschaft (und auch eine ruhige Straße an der die Wohnung liegt). Du bist in 5 Minuten an der S und U Bahn Neukölln und 8 Minuten an der S und U Bahn Hermannstraße. Der Körnerkiez ist super süß und der Schillerkiez und Rixdorf sind auch gleich nebenan.

Right next to the beautiful Körnerpark, 20 minutes on foot to Tempelhofer Feld, several cute cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood, but still a quiet area (and also a quiet street where the apartment is located). You’re just 5 minutes from the S and U-Bahn Neukölln and 8 minutes from the S and U-Bahn Hermannstraße. The Körnerkiez is super cute, and Schillerkiez and Rixdorf are also right next door.
Ich suche nach 1 oder 2 (Pärchen) netten, zuverlässigen und ordentlichen Menschen, die sich freuen die Wohnung in der Zeit ihr Zuhause nennen zu wollen und die gut mit der Wohnung und den Möbel umgehen :)
