Cozy flat with nice balcony near Maybachufer - Schöne Altbauwohnung am Maybachufer

Wir vermieten diese schöne Wohnung für knapp einen Monat. Sie liegt sehr schön und ruhig mitten im Reuterkiez. Der Kanal liegt nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Sonntags empfiehlt sich der Vintage-Flohmarkt am Ufer. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Bars und alles was das Herz begehrt. Supermärkte etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. U-Bahn Schönleinstraße und Herrmannplatz ca. 7 Minuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60m), ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Ausziehcouch (eine Person kann dort schlafen) und Schaukelstuhl und eine geräumige Küche, in der alles nötige vorhanden ist. Außerdem haben wir einen großen Balkon, der auf einen Innenhof rausgeht. Die Wohnung ist auch für eine kleine Familie geeignet. Ein Wickeltisch und ein Baby-Reisebett sind vorhanden.

We rent this beautiful apartment out for almost a month. The apartment is very nice and quiet in the middle of the Reuterkiez. The canal is just 5 minutes away. On sundays, the vintage flea market on the shore is a must go. In the vicinity there are countless restaurants, bars and everything your heart desires. Supermarkets about 5 minutes. Subway Schönleinstraße and Herrmannplatz about 7 minutes by foot.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a large living room with sofa bed for one person and a spacious kitchen where you can find all the necessary items. There is room for 3 people or a small family. If you need it you can use the diaper changing table or the small crib.
We also have a large, quiet balcony.
