The bedroom comes with a cozy bed, a workstation (including a monitor and accessories, perfect for remote work), and before you move in, I will be adding a clothes almirah for extra storage. You’ll also have full access to the large kitchen, which is fully equipped, and a clean, modern bathroom.

Prenzlauer Berg offers a lively and exciting atmosphere, with countless cafes, bars, restaurants, cinemas, and parks all within walking distance. Public transport connections are excellent, with trams and buses just a 3-4 minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station about 10 minutes away. Grocery shopping is super convenient too, with a store just a minute from the apartment.

A little about me: I’m a 31-year-old working in tech, with a hybrid office setup where I work from home some days and at the office on others. I don’t smoke, and I’m generally easygoing and respectful of shared spaces and privacy. This is a family apartment, and I’m renting out one of the rooms temporarily.

The room is available from November 15th, though if needed, I can be flexible and arrange for an earlier move-in from November 1st.
