Hallo,
Die hübsche Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und ist dadurch super ruhig und dabei trotzdem schön hell. Sie ist für den August/Teile des Augusts unterzuvermieten (Zeitraum kann auch kürzer sein). Sie ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, damit man sich wohl fühlt (WLAN zZt noch unsicher), ggf würden ein paar Gegenstände nach Absprache noch angeliefert.
Die Lage kann besser nicht sein - in 5 Gehminuten ist man locker an der Bahnstation, wo die Ringbahn und sämtliche weitere Bahnen fahren. Außerdem gibt es ebenso nah Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken sowie unzählige hübsche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und eine kleine Shopping Mall - Prenzlauer Berg ist einfach eine wunderbare Gegend, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch der Mauerpark ist in unter 10 Laufminuten zu erreichen!
Die Ausstattung ist noch etwas spärlich, aber für jemanden, der z.B. beruflich in Berlin ist und eine ruhige Bleibe (Hinterhaus) sucht, ist es sicher eine perfekte Sache.
