Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich, hier gibt es keine Partys und komische Geräusche. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos, aber auch genug Platz für Fahrräder. Die Whg ist 78m2, die Küche ist getrennt vom Schlaf/Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer auch. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Balkon. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Die Whg befindet sich im Hinterhaus, sodass die Temperatur im Sommer angenehm kühl bleibt, nicht heiß.
Bitte keine Partys hier.
Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro.

I'm subletting my 2-bedroom apt in Prenzlauer Berg for about 1 Month. The apartment is located between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg area, super central. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly, no parties and crazy sounds are coming in and out. Good parking possibilities for both cars and bikes. The apartment is 78m2, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is a dishwasher and laundry machine, but no balcony. Smoking is not allowed inside. The apartment is located in the backyard building, so the temperature during the summer stays cool, not hot.
Please, no parties here.
The deposit is 600 euros.
