Hallo zusammen,
Da ich fuer ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, gebe ich meine Wohnung im Winsviertel ab sofort ab. Vermutlich kann die Wohnung auch langfristig übernommen werden. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 80qm große, renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Balkon, grossem Badezimmer und ganz neuer Haecker Einbauküche. Die Wohnung ist teiömöbiliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Winsviertel in der Christburger Strasse. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat grade ein neuer Edeka eröffnet. Zudem ist das Viertel bekannt für seine zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés. Auch der Kollwitzkietz ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Zum Joggen und Sport machen ist der Volkspark Friedrichshain in nächster Umgebung sehr gut geeignet.
Wie schon beschrieben, gebe ich die Wohnung ab, weil ich ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit ist aber hoch, dass ich nicht nach Berlin zurückkomme. In diesen Fall würde ich die Wohnung auch langfristig abgeben. Aktuell ist die Wohnung teilmöbliert (Esstisch, Bett, Sofa, Kommoden, zwei schmale Schränke).
