Schöneberger Wohnung zur Untermiete (Dezember bis Juli/August)

Die Wohnung liegt inzwischen der "roten Insel" und dem beliebten Akazienzkiez. Beides ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5min zu erreichen. Die Bahnstationen S Julius-Leber-Brücke und S Schöneberg sind ebenfalls in 5min zu erreichen, zur U-7 Eisenacher Straße sind es 15min. Die Lage ist somit ideal. Im Haus ist eine Kita und gegenüber ist ein Fußballplatz, man sollte also mit Kinderlärm klarkommen, wobei die Doppelverglasung einiges abfängt. Der Balkon ist zur Ostseite hin ausgerichtet, eignet sich daher gut für den morgendlichen Tee oder Kaffee. Die Nachbarn des Hauses sind sehr entspannt. Man kann (tagsüber) die Musik etwas lauter aufdrehen.

The apartment is located between the “red island” and the popular Akazienzkiez. Both can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. The train stations S Julius-Leber-Brücke and S Schöneberg can also be reached in 5 minutes, the U-7 Eisenacher Straße is 15 minutes away. The location is therefore ideal. There is a daycare center in the building and a soccer field on the opposite side, so you should be able to cope with children's noise, although the double glazing absorbs some of it. The balcony faces east and is therefore ideal for morning tea or coffee. The neighbors of the house are very relaxed. You can turn the music up a bit louder (during the day).

Ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in für den Zeitraum vom 15.12.2024 bis mindestens 31.07.2025, ggf. bis zum 30.08.2025. Im Idealfall jemanden mit halbwegs grünem Daumen, der/die bereit wäre die Pflanzen der Wohnung zu umsorgen, und achtsam mit Einrichtung und Technik umgeht. Hausparties sind eher unerwünscht, aber anderweitige soziale Zusammenkünfte völlig unproblematisch. Ich hoffe auf gegenseitige Sympathie und Verständnis, um einen aufrichtigen Kontakt auch während der Zeit der Untermiete sicherzustellen und bei Fragen, Empfehlungen etc. in Austausch zu kommen.

I am looking for a subtenant for the period from 15.12.2024 to at least 31.07.2025, possibly until 30.08.2025. Ideally, someone who would be willing to take care of the plants in the apartment and be careful with the furnishings and technology. House parties are rather undesirable, but other social gatherings are completely unproblematic. I hope for mutual sympathy and understanding in order to ensure sincere contact during the period of subletting and to exchange questions, recommendations, etc.
