I am renting my appartment whilst I am away for approximately 2.5 months during half of December and first two months of 2025. I would ideally like to find someone responsible and who will not disturb the Mehrfamilienhaus atmosphere. This is a great building and the apartment receives a reasonable amount of light during the Berlin winter. There is also a caretaker who makes sure that all entrance areas are clean and looked after.

You will have everything you need for everyday life including a dishwasher, a new washing machine, 55 inch TV, air-fryer, home gym equipment in the bedroom for those who like to exercise at home, king size bed. It is ideal for person(s) who would also like to work from home office area with desk and office chair. The apartment has high speed internet (1000 Mbps).
