Ich werde für 3 Monate im Ausland sein und suche eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Person, die meine wunderschöne, voll möblierte Wohnung mit Sorgfalt behandeln wird.

Ich bin der Eigentümer der Wohnung und sie ist auch mein Hauptwohnsitz. Ich bin also der Hauptansprechpartner für diese Wohnung. Sie befindet sich in einem sehr lebendigen und gut angebundenen Teil von Neukölln. Zentral gelegen mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Sowohl die U8 als auch die Ringbahn (S-Bahnen) sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die S45 zum Flughafen BER ist auch sehr gut erreichbar, so dass es nur 35-40 min aus der Tür ins Flugzeug sind.

Einige Angaben zur Wohnung:
- Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hermannstraße, es könnte also bei geöffneten Balkontüren etwas laut sein, ist aber relativ ruhig bei geschlossenen Türen, da die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist.
- Die Küche ist neu renoviert und voll ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank, Herd und Backofen.
- Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Schreibtisch/Arbeitsplatz mit sehr zuverlässigem WiFi.
- Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, mit einem Fernseher und einem Sonos-Soundsystem in jedem Zimmer.

Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, die Wohnung ist jedoch erst ab dem 01.05.25 verfügbar. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt 1.600 €. Bitte nur Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere.

I will be abroad for 3 Months, and am looking to rent my wonderful fully furnished flat to someone reliable and responsible, who will treat it with care.

I am the owner of my flat in Neukölln, it is also my primary residence. So I am the main point of contact for this home. It is in a very lively and well connected part of Neukölln. Centrally located with many bars, restaurants within close walking distance. Both the U8 and ringbahn (S-bahn) just a 3 minute walk away. The S-45 to the BER airport is also very accessible, making it only 35-40 min from door to plane.

Some specifics about the flat:
- The apartment is right on Hermannstr. so please bear in mind that it can be a bit noisy with when balcony doors are open, but relatively quiet with the doors closed, since it's on the 2nd floor.
- The kitchen is newly remodelled and fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer stove/oven
- The bedroom has a desk/study area with very reliable wifi
- The living room is very spacious and cozy, with a tv and a Sonos sound system in every room

The move-in date is flexible, but the flat will only be available starting from 01.05.25. The total monthly rent is € 1,600. Please only non-smokers and no pets
