Hello! We are subletting our place in Neukölln while away for a trip. Dates are flexible +/- 7-10 days on each side.
The apartment is a 3 room, 95m2 apartment at Rathaus Neukölln and would be suitable for a couple.
The bedroom gets the sun in the afternoon and faces the courtyard which is very quiet - it is furnished, and has a desk - there is also a clothes rail not pictured here.
The living room has a balcony which gets the sun in the morning, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The living room itself is about 24m2 with a huge sofa, dining table and a TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine and an Absetellkammer in the back which we use as a laundry drying room and a modern bathroom (with a bath!). The 3rd room is more of a storage room/office where I usually work remotely, equipped with a standing desk and an office chair. It is a bit chaotic in the photos but naturally that stuff will be put away.
There is a small courtyard in the back for bikes and there is also a cellar for storage in case needed.
The location is pretty great - about a 2 minute walk to U Rathaus Neukölln (U7), beside the Neukölln Arcaden, about 7 min walk to U Hermannplatz (U7+U8). 2 stations away from the Ring (S+U Neukölln) and a few buses also in the area.
The neighbourhood is nice, lots of bars and cafes (7 min to Weserstr.) but the street and building is quiet.
Lidl, Kaufland and Biomarkt are three minutes away. Aldi and Rewe can be found about 5/6 min away.
