Apartment in Neukölln for June/July

Hello! We are subletting our place in Neukölln while away for a trip. Dates are flexible +/- 7-10 days on each side.

The apartment is a 3 room, 95m2 apartment at Rathaus Neukölln and would be suitable for a couple.
The bedroom gets the sun in the afternoon and faces the courtyard which is very quiet - it is furnished, and has a desk - there is also a clothes rail not pictured here.

The living room has a balcony which gets the sun in the morning, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The living room itself is about 24m2 with a huge sofa, dining table and a TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine and an Absetellkammer in the back which we use as a laundry drying room and a modern bathroom (with a bath!). The 3rd room is more of a storage room/office where I usually work remotely, equipped with a standing desk and an office chair. It is a bit chaotic in the photos but naturally that stuff will be put away.

There is a small courtyard in the back for bikes and there is also a cellar for storage in case needed.
