I'm subletting my lovely apartment for the entire month of November (with possibility for December). I'll be away and I'm looking for someone who can enjoy the space and keep an eye on my plants 🪴

The apartment is spacious, 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a pullout couch, 1 bathroom, a balcony and a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment is in the back building on the 3rd floor.

It's a cosy apartment that gets a lot of sunlight during the day. The apartment is surrounded by hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. It's a 2 minute walk to Boxhagenerplatz and across the street from RAW-Gelände. Even though the apartment is in a super lively area, the building and the street are super quiet and calm.

I'm hoping to find someone who’s not only responsible but also appreciates a cozy and well-kept home. If that sounds like you, let’s chat!

The apartment is very well connected. It's a 4 minute walk to M10 tram, 10 minute walk to Warschauerstr Sbahn and Ubahn, and 12 minute walk to U5 Samariterstr. In addition, it's a 15 minute walk to Ostkreuz Sbhan, so it takes only 30 minutes from door to door to the airport.
