My name is Giulia, and I’m excited to be going on holiday this January. During that time, I’m offering my beloved flat for short-term rent from January 2nd to January 31st.

The flat is 58m² and features 4 rooms:

- A spacious eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher
- A cozy bathroom with a bathtub, window, and washing machine
- A lovely bedroom
- A bright and cosy living room with a balcony full of plants
The apartment is on an inner courtyard, so it’s wonderfully quiet. There’s also a Späti (convenience store) right next to the building entrance for any last-minute needs.

All utilities (electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi) are included in the rent.

I would really appreciate it if you could take care of my plants while I’m away.
No parties allowed, please.

The flat is on Danziger Strasse, just 10 minutes away from S Greifswalder Straße station, and directly opposite the M10 and M4 tram stops, making it super easy to get around the city.

There are cycle paths everywhere, and it’s only 10 minutes by bike or tram to Mauerpark and Alexanderplatz. You’re also just 5 minutes away from the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.

The neighborhood is green, quiet, and clean, offering a perfect balance of peace and convenience. You’ll find plenty of charming restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. For groceries, Lidl and REWE are just around the corner. On Sundays, there are several markets in the area, and strolling around the neighborhood is truly a pleasure.

Everything you need is within walking distance and easily accessible.
