Apartment (70m2) in Friedrichshain next to Boxhagener Platz with a big balcony

Hello together, (English below)

we rent our apartment in Friedrichshain, right at Boxhagener Platz :-)
The rental period is negotiable, always from 18.04.2025 - 06.04.2025.
The rent for 17 days is 720€ all inclusive (Internet, electricity etc.), but is also negotiable, depending on the duration of stay.
The deposit is 500€, which you will of course receive when returning the key.

wir vermieten unserer Wohnung in Friedrichshain, direkt am Boxhagener Platz :-)
Der Mietzeitraum ist verhandelbar, grundsätzlich jederzeit vom 18.04.2025 - 06.04.2025.
Die Miete für 17 Tage beträgt 720€ all inclusive (Internet, Strom etc.), ist aber auch verhandelbar, je nach Aufenthaltsdauer.
Die Kaution beträgt 500€, die Sie natürlich bei Rückgabe des Schlüssels zurückerhalten.

Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schickt mir eine Nachricht mit einer kurzen Beschreibung über euch :)
