My flatmate and I are subletting our lovely, extremely central flat in Mitte (right by Nordbahnhof)!
It is a two-room flat. There is a bed in each room, but the larger room also has a sofa and a sizable balcony, and makes a great living room. As such, the apartment is suitable either for an individual/couple or for two friends.
Rent is all-inclusive, and the flat comes with everything you'll need. No TV, but you can use a projector with Amazon firestick :)
As central as you can get; quite literally anywhere in the city is easily reachable via S-Bahn, tram, U8 or U6. Flat is inside a quiet residential development, but with countless cafes/bars/restaurants/shops around in the neighborhood. There's a giant REWE 5 min away.
Please tell me a bit about yourself - what you do for work, wether you're just coming to Berlin for a month or looking to sublet while you look for a permanent place, etc.
