3 MONTHS APARTMENT SUBLET for 2 ppl - 1 January-31 March 2025 - 2 Möblierte Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer (2 furnished rooms + living-room)

This is a flat-share with 2 sleeping rooms (one bigger of 20 square metres and one smaller of 12 square metres) and 1 shared living-room,
I want to rent out the whole apartment for 3 months only: from January to March 2025. The price is for the whole apartment, ideal for 2 people. I am looking for mature and quiet people and able to keep a house in order > no party animals please. Workers preferred.
You can submit your application either in English or in Italian.
The apartment is for 2 people but the anmeldung is possible only for 1 person, and only until March, 31st 2025!
After that, i.e. when I take the apartment back, the anmeldung needs to be removed.
The contract is also possible, but only for 1 person!

The room is available from 1. January 2024 to 31. March 2025.
But one room is free already from December, 1st, so one person could enter earlier.

***The rooms (and the entire flat) are fully furnished (as you can see on the pictures). Of course I'm searching for somebody who is tidy and clean - as I owe all the furniture, which I have recently renewed. Both sleeping-rooms are small but we have enough space as we have a big living-room with a nice balcony. We have a 55'' TV which you can use if you're interested. I will also provide 1 set of bedsheets and towels.

There is the option for the people to come back every year since I will probably leave my room free also next year for the first 3 or 4 months of the year (if the flatshare works well)!****

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und -Stuhl, Wäschekorb). Alle Möbel werden Dir zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wir haben ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (wo wir bisher sowieso die meiste Zeit verbringen) mit einem schönen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man ab ca. 13Uhr die Sonne genießen kann. Beide Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung sind zwar recht klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend zum Schlafen und Arbeiten.

Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden: Küche und Wohnzimmer sind vollständig ausgestattet.
Du brauchst quasi nur Bettzeug und Handtücher mitbringen!!

Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer ist in Berlin ein kleiner "Luxus"!
