Apartment has 1 large bedroom (Double bed with 2x 90x200 king size single mattresses). Side tables, and room in the closet for your clothes. Then, Electric roller blinds for dark and quiet mornings, as windows face into the backyard for a good sleep :)

Kitchen, Dining and Living are a part of an open living area, it's equipped with Sofa, Projector, HiFi, dining table, etc. adjoined is a large south facing balcony ~8m^2.

We also have an office, with 250Mbit/s Glass fibre internet (+ 5GHz WiFi) with a Desk with external screens and docks (our home office setup), free to use.
Plus a sofa with fold out bed, as well as balcony and view to the inside yard.

Bathroom with shower and bath. Central floor heating, adjustable in each room.
Full height windows in every room for a bright winter.

ALDI and REWE across the road which is open from 6am-12midnight each day, makes life very easy.
Boxhagnerplatz near by, for weekend markets.
Easy walk to Ostkreuz with great connections to everywhere you need to go in the city.

Then last but not least, elevator and access to a huge grass and garden lain rooftop with great city views - Great spot to "watch" NYE fireworks!

Our place is ideal for a respectful couple, coming over to stay for two months of home office in Berlin or to be closer to family and friends over the winter period, or even somebody moving to Berlin for the first time and needing some time on the ground in a nice, active neighbourhood to get things started.

Die Wohnung hat 1 großes Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett mit 2x 90x200 King Size Einzelmatratzen). Kommoden, und Platz im Kleiderschrank für Ihre Kleidung. Zudem Elektrische Rollos für dunkle und ruhige Morgen, und ein Fenster in den Hinterhof für einen guten Schlaf :)

Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind Teil eines offenen Wohnbereichs, mit großem Südbalkon ~8 qm. Dieser Bereich ist mit Sofa, Beamer, HiFi, Esstisch, etc. ausgestattet.

Zudem gibt es ein Büro mit 250Mbit/s Glasfaser-Internet (+ 5GHz WiFi) Anschluss mit einem Schreibtisch mit externen Bildschirmen und Docks (unser Home-Office-Setup). Es gibt auch einen Nord-Balkon für die Arbeit im Freien, wenn es sonnig ist.

Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, Zentralheizung.

Dann last but not least, Aufzug und Zugang zu einer riesigen Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt!

Dieser Ort ist ideal für ein respektvolles Paar die für zwei Monat Home-Office in Berlin machen wollen.
