Hi, I‘m renting out my apartment while I‘m on a sabbatical. I live here with my daughter (5). The apartment has one big living room with a big comfy couch and a loft bed, that‘s where you would sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of pans, pots, dishes, toaster, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
It’s mostly suitable for single persons, families or couples.
There are blankets, pillows, bed linen available.

The apartment is located next to Körnerpark in Neukölln. The closest train stations are Neukölln (S41,42, airport line, U7) and Hermannstraße (S41,42, airport line, U8). You can walk to Tempelhofer Feld in 20 minutes. There are a few nice cafés and restaurants and cool bars nearby. The area is rather calm, you don‘t hear much traffic during the night. You can find a few playgrounds in short walking distance.
You‘re not allowed to smoke inside. You need to make sure everything is in a good state when you leave, because this is my and my daughter’s home.
