The 57 sqm 2-room apartment is located in the EC in a back house in the scene district Dresden Neustadt. It is located in the middle of a beautiful and lively neighborhood with many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities and yet you are protected from the hustle and bustle by the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed, a piano and in front of the living room there is a small terrace. The bedroom has a spacious 1,60 x 2 m bed + 60 x 120 cm mesh bed and a workstation. The apartment is largely childproof. A washing machine is located in a storage chamber located outside the apartment in the hall - it can also be used at night. The Internet is wireless, reliable and fast.

Pets are not allowed

Rent + additional costs, electricity (35), internet (15) and house management (50) are together 900 euros.

Apartment is on the groundfloor of a 'hinterhof' house meaning it is very quiet day and night. Boasts very friendly neighbours with a private playground for kids, the apartment is easily accessible by public transport and has supermarkets/restaurants/pub in the vicinity. The apartment is kid friendly.

The apartment can be rented for a shorter period of time.

Im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt bieten wir (Kleine Familie mit 3 Jähriger Tochter) unser schönes voll möbliertes Apartment zur Zwischenmiete an. Die 57 qm 2-Raum Wohnung befindet sich im EG in einem Hinterhaus im Szeneviertel Dresden Neustadt. Man befindet sich mitten in einem wunderschönen und lebendigen Stadtviertel mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch ist man durch die Hinterhauslage vom Trubel abgeschirmt wenn nötig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum kochen und backen benötigt. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch, ein Piano und dem Wohnzimmer vorgelagert befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein geräumiges 1,60 x 2 m Bett + 60 x 120 cm Gitterbett und einen Arbeitsplatz. Die Wohnung ist weitestgehend Kindersicher. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich in einer außerhalb der Wohnung im Hausflur gelegenen Abstellkammer - Sie kann auch Nachts verwendet werden. Das Internet ist kabellos, zuverlässig und schnell.
