2-room apartment in Löbtau

The apartment is located in the beautiful and mostly quiet Löbtau, which is mainly characterized by old buildings and green areas. After 5 minutes walk you can reach the Tharandter Strasse, which offers an ideal connection to the TU, HTW, in the inner and new towns. If you take a car, there is also a parking space at the house and often parking spaces at the edge of the Columbus Street. Supermarkets, including Rewe, net and close & well (from Edeka) are only a few minutes walk away. If there is no motivation to cook, there are also döner, pizza and Asians nearby.
Nearby leisure facilities include gym, Calisthenicspark or Club Giesela. In addition to the house there is also a small park with hammocks, which invites you to stay in spring and summer.

The apartment is currently free and can be purchased from now on.
To rent the apartment, you must prove to the landlord that you are eligible for payment. This can be done through a proof of income, a guarantee or the number of five-fold cold rent as a deposit. A roommate can also live here through a sub-parity and therefore does not have to meet the criterion (except you request this :) ). I would like to sell the furniture in the smaller bedroom for 300€. Furniture in kitchen and bathroom I would like to leave in the apartment, only I will take the fridge into the new apartment, but there is still an old, smaller refrigerator you can use for the time being. It is also important to note that only 2 of the hotplates are functional in the stove. I would also like to leave the black wardrobe (last picture). All the furniture I don't take and aren't in the smaller bedroom, I don't have any charge. If you don't agree with points, I'd like to write this to me and I'll possibly make a mark.
