We are fully on the road in May and June 2025 and want to rent our apartment for this period. The apartment is sunny because all windows are south/west facing and on the second floor. I mean, no one lives on you.

The apartment is fully furnished and is located in a quiet area. It consists of living room, bedroom, balcony, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. Actually, it's 3-room apartment, but the work room we don't rent with and close it for the duration of the intermediate rental.

The apartment is fully equipped. So everything is available from cooking, cleansing to living. So refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer (in the hallway), beamer with canvas (in the living room), sound system, storage room, bed (with bedding and fresh topper), board games, fan... everything can be used. You can also have a bicycle for the time. To dry the laundry there is a laundry floor and garden there is a barbecue and a fire bowl.

The apartment is best inhabited by couple or small family. Certainly, however, there is also a solution where the bedroom and the living room are used as a bedroom.

The apartment is located in direct proximity to the large garden, which is beautifully green at this time and invites you to walk and others. It is also possible to reach a central transfer point of public transport in 2 minutes walk. Parking is available at our farm.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the large garden, which is wonderfully green at this time of year and invites you to go for a walk. A central public transport transfer point (Zwinglistraße stop) is therefore just a 2-minute walk away. Parking spaces are available in our courtyard.

Wir sind im Mai und Juni 2025 vollständig mit dem Wohnmobil unterwegs und möchten für diesen Zeitraum unsere Wohnung vermieten. Die Wohnung ist schön sonnig, da alle Fenster nach Süden/Westen ausgerichtet sind und in der zweiten Etage. D.h. es wohn niemand über euch.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sie besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Balkon, Flur, Badezimmer und Küche. Eigentlich ist es 3-Raumwohnung, doch das Arbeitszimmer vermieten wir nicht mit und schließen es für die Dauer der Zwischenmiete zu.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist also alles vorhanden von Kochen, über Saubermachen bis Wohnen. Also Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gefriertruhe (im Flur), Beamer mit Leinwand (im Wohnzimmer), Soundanlage, Stauraum, Bett (mit Bettwäsche und frischem Topper), Brettspiele, Ventilator… kann alles mit genutzt werden. Gern könnt ihr auch ein Fahrrad für die Zeit haben. Zur Trocknung der Wäsche gibt es einen Wäscheboden und Garten befindet sich ein Grill und eine Feuerschale.

Die Wohnung ist am besten allein, als Paar oder kleine Familie bewohnbar. Sicherlich funktioniert aber auch eine Lösung bei der jeweils das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum großen Garten, der in dieser Zeit herrlich grün ist und zum spazieren und anderem einlädt. Auch ist in 2 Minuten Fußweg ein zentraler Umsteigepunkt der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Halterstelle Zwinglistraße) zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind bei uns im Hof verfügbar.
