Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for a single or couple to leave indefinitely as I have to move away for my final work.
Therefore, I would like to rent the apartment for at least 6 months and I am flexible in the intake/extract date.
Price includes everything, rent, heat, electricity, internet (500 Mbps).

The bedroom is the smallest room, the bed is 140x200 and there is a large wardrobe. The curtains can almost completely darken and the ceiling lamp is adjustable (lightness and color heat). Overall, it can be very comfortably sleep and an insect net protects in summer with open window.

The living room is the largest and has a sofa bed for guests, a small dining table and a corner desk. There are also storage options in a bookcase, a dresser, etc. and some wall shelves.

The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you could need: various pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, different. Utensils, mixers, kettle, microwave, toaster, panini press, oven (Lasagne/Auflauf/etc.), pizza stones, French press, rice cooker, tajine, etc.
What is missing is a dishwasher.

The hall is very long and offers good storage facilities. For jackets there is a bar for hanging up and there is a shoe rack, a long dresser and a shelf at the end.

The bathroom is spacious enough for two, as a large person you can also take a bath and there is a washing machine.

The balcony is spacious and extends over the length of kitchen and living room. There are many utensils to draw to plants and in the flower boxes I have kept herbs (the mint still holds). There is a high bed for ambitious vegetable breeding.
It is oriented south-west, in principle you can see almost the entire course of the sun and so always has plenty of sun in all rooms (except hallway and bathroom) and looks towards sunset.
It is possible to dry the laundry outside (wash stand included) and if it is warm also to eat outside. The view goes into a small garden and it is always very quiet and pleasant.

There's another bike cellar to stop.

Deshalb möchte ich die Wohnung mindestens 6 Monate untermieten und bin im Einzugs-/Auszugstermin flexibel.
Im Preis ist alles enthalten, Miete, Wärme, Strom, Internet (500 Mbps).

Das Schlafzimmer ist das kleinste Zimmer, das Bett ist 140x200 und es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank. Die Gardinen können fast total abdunkeln und die Deckenlampe ist verstellbar (Helligkeit und Farbwärme). Insgesamt lässt es sich sehr gemütlich schlafen und ein Insektennetz schützt im Sommer bei offenem Fenster.

Das Wohnzimmer ist das größte und hat ein Schlafsofa für Gäste, einen kleinen Esstisch und einen Eckschreibtisch. Dazu noch Verstaumöglichkeiten in einem Bücherregal, einer Kommode, etc. und einige Wandregale.

Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte: verschiedene Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, versch. Utensilien, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Panini-Presse, Ofenform (Lasagne/Auflauf/etc.), Pizzasteine, French Press, Reiskocher, Tajine, usw.
Was fehlt, ist eine Spülmaschine.

Der Flur ist sehr lang gezogen und bietet gute Verstaumöglichkeiten. Für Jacken gibt es eine Stange zum Aufhängen und es gibt ein Schuhregal, eine lange Kommode und ein Regal am Ende.

Das Bad ist geräumig genug für zwei, als große Person kann man auch ein Bad nehmen und es gibt eine Waschmaschine.

Der Balkon ist geräumig und erstreckt sich über die Länge von Küche und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt viele Utensilien zum Pflanzen ziehen und in den Blumenkästen habe ich immer Kräuter gehalten (die Minze hält sich noch). Dazu gibt es ein Hochbeet für ambitionierte Gemüsezüchtung.
Er ist richtung süd-west ausgerichtet, prinzipiell sieht man fast den ganzen Lauf der Sonne und hat so immer viel Sonne in allen Räumen (außer Flur und Bad) und blickt Richtung Sonnenuntergang.
Man kann draußen gut die Wäsche trocknen (Wäscheständer enthalten) und wenn es warm ist auch draußen essen. Der Blick geht in eine Kleingartenanlage und es ist immer sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Es gibt noch einen Fahrradkeller zum Unterstellen.
