we go back to travel and our beautiful apartment in the new town will be from 1 February to 15 July free.
It is located on the Bohemian road in a renovated old building. So you're in the middle, and you're quiet. We have a beautiful green courtyard with sandbox and love neighbors.
You live with us on 50sqm under the roof. The house has only 2 floors - so you don't have to climb many stairs. There is a large kitchen and a cozy bedroom. The bed has a 1.80 m x 2.00 m mattress, the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing dryer, the living room has a huge, cozy sofa. The apartment is baby or Toddler friendly (Wickeltisch im Bad) as well as neighbors. Highspeed Internet is also available.
For a small family with compact space requirements, as well as for couples, our apartment is ideal.
We are also happy to rent to exchange students.
The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and is very wonderfully located in the beautiful Neustadt.
For rental, we wish 1 monthly rental deposit and the copy of the ID card.

our lovely apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt is available for subletting from the 1st of february until the 15th of July. The apartment is located at Böhmische Strasse surrounded by beautiful coffee, bars, shopping possibilities and playgrounds. It is a very friendly apartment and environment. You will find all important means for public transport (bus, tram, train) just around the corner.
We live in a beautiful old apartment house with a nice green backyard. There is a big living room/kitchen that comes with a cozy sofa, the bedroom with an 1,80 m x 2,00 m matrass, the bathroom with a bathtub and a washer-dryer. Highspeed internet is available throughout the whole apartment.
The space is suitable for a single person or a couple.
A deposit of one month rent is required as well as a copy of your valid ID card. An extension of the rental period from January on can be discussed.

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

wir gehen mal wieder auf Reisen und unsere schöne Wohnung in der Neustadt wird ab 1. Februar bis 15. Juli frei.
Sie liegt auf der Böhmischen Straße in einem sanierten Altbau. Ihr seid also mittendrin und habt es doch eher ruhig. Wir haben einen schönen, grünen Innenhof mit Sandkasten und lieben Nachbarn.
Ihr wohnt bei uns auf 50qm unter dem Dach. Das Haus hat allerdings nur 2 Stockwerke - viele Treppen müsst ihr also nicht steigen. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche und ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Das Bett hat eine 1,80 m x 2,00 m Matratze, das Bad eine Badewanne und einen Waschtrockner, das Wohnzimmer ein riesiges, gemütliches Sofa. Die Wohnung ist Baby- bzw. Kleinkind freundlich (Wickeltisch im Bad) genauso wie die Nachbarn. Highspeed Internet gibt es natürlich auch.
Für eine kleine Familie mit kompakten Platzansprüchen, sowie für Paare ist unsere Wohnung ideal.
Gerne vermieten wir auch an Austauschstudenten.
Die Wohnung ist mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet und liegt ganz wunderbar gelegen in der schönen Neustadt.
Bei Vermietung wünschen wir uns 1 Monatsmiete Kaution sowie die Kopie des Personalausweises.
