We rent our beautiful, bright apartment in Stühlinger for 7 weeks. Our two bikes can also be used (against deposit) to be in the city centre in just a few minutes.
The bedrooms are in the back, so you can get away from the Eschholzstraße so you can't hear them.
We leave the apartment fully furnished, it has two bedrooms, once with very large bed (180 x 200), once with smaller (140 x 200). Also a large, cozy kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with tub and balcony with table and 2 chairs. No TV, but good internet.
The existing spices can be used.
We care about cleanliness and the watering of plants in the apartment and on the balcony.
Please contact us! A shorter period would also be conceivable.
If desired, we also have a cot for babies.

Wir vermieten für 7 Wochen unsere schöne, helle Wohnung im Stühlinger. Gerne können auch unsere zwei Fahrräder genutzt werden (gegen nochmalige Kaution), um in nur wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt zu sein.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus, also von der Eschholzstraße weg, sodass man diese nicht hört.
Wir lassen die Wohnung voll möbliert, sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer, einmal mit sehr großem Bett (180 x 200), einmal mit kleinerem (140 x 200). Außerdem eine große, gemütliche Küche mit Waschmaschine, Bad mit Wanne und Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Kein Fernseher, aber gutes Internet.
Gerne können die vorhandenen Gewürze benutzt werden.
Wichtig ist uns bei unseren Zwischenmietern Sauberkeit und das Gießen der Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon.
Bei Fragen gerne melden! Es wäre auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum denkbar.
Wenn gewünscht, haben wir auch ein Beistellbett für Babys.
