Ideal für (studentisch)e 2er WG! Suche ab 1.2.2012 (evtl etwas früher) einen Nachmieter für meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln City, nur etwa 500 m von der S-Bahn Hansaring entfernt (Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür). Den Kölner HBF bzw Dom erreicht man in 15 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben im 7. Stock (Aufzug), hat 2 Schlafzimmer (je ca 15 qm, Laminat und 2 Fenster) und eine Wohnküche mit Essbereich (ca 25 qm, weiße Fliesen). Eine Küchenzeile ist Teil des Mietobjekts. Das Bad mit WC hat eine Wanne, ein Fenster und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss. Vom Wohnbereich aus geht ein Balkon ab mit freiem Blick auf einen Park. KabelTV und DSL-Anschluss in jedem Raum vorhanden. Es kann optional ein Parkplatz angemietet werden, ein Fahrradabstellraum ist im Hof.
Ideale ÖPNV-Anbindung: Bus vor der Tür, U/S-Bahn Hansaring 500 m, U Ebertplatz ebenfalls 500 m. Autobahn 57 sehr gut erreichbar. Dom und HBF fußläufig erreichbar.
WG geeignet, Haustiere nach Absprache erlaubt, bitte per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen. Studenten benötigen eine Elternbürgschaft.
