We're searching for a person or a small family who would like to live in our apartment for about 2 months during the summer. While we're still quite flexible about the dates, we would like someone to commit to staying for at least 6 weeks and taking care of our cat. We would consider reducing rent as a compromise with the right person, who has experience with and interest in cats.
Our apartment has a bedroom, an office/childrens room, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a windowless bathroom and a large west-facing balcony. It is fully furnished and very cozy.
Wir suchen eine Person oder kleine Familie die im Sommer gerne für 2 Monate zur Zwischenmiete in unserer Wohnung leben möchte. Bezüglich des Datums sind wir (noch) flexibel. InteressentInnen die mindestens 6 Wochen bleiben möchten und an einer Betreuung unserer Katze interessiert sind wären uns am liebsten. Die Miete ist ggf. verhandelbar wenn Katzenkenntnisse vorhanden sind und Interesse an einer Betreuung besteht.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, Büro/Kinderzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein fensterloses Bad und einen großen Westbalkon. Sie ist voll möbliert und sehr gemütlich.
Location close to Volkspark Kleinzschocher as well as some other small parks and a nice cycling path towards Plagwitz/Lindenau. Our street is very small and quiet. Playground (2min), public transportation and restaurants (4min), big park (5min), supermarket (15min) within walking distance.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Volksparks Kleinzschocher und kleinerer Parks sowie einem schönen Radweg Richtung Plagwitz/Lindenau. Die Straße ist klein und ruhig. Spielplatz (2min), ÖPNV und Restaurants (4min), großer Park (5min), Supermarkt (15min) in Laufdistanz.
