Central 75 m ² apartment for intermediate rental Zentrale 75 m² Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

I would like to rent my apartment for a few months due to a longer trip abroad. The apartment consists of a bedroom (approx. 15 m ²), a living / dining room (approx. 21 m ²) and the third room (approx. 16 m ²) can be found in the For example, it is used as a study or guest room. The apartment is fully furnished (see photos).

The third room (working / guest room) will temporarily be inhabited by my sister Rosa Maria until the end of April. After that, you have the apartment completely for yourself. The rent for April is then of course reduced accordingly.

The apartment also has a small balcony with access from the kitchen and the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a washing machine.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.

It is heated with a gas oven and in the bedroom with an electric heating.

aufgrund einer längeren Auslandsreise möchte ich meine Wohnung für ein paar Monate untervermieten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer (ca. 15 m²), einem Wohn/Esszimmer (ca. 21 m²) und das dritte Zimmer (ca. 16 m²) kann z. B. als Arbeitszimmer oder Gästezimmer genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (siehe Fotos).

Das dritte Zimmer (Arbeits/ Gästezimmer) wird meine Schwester Rosa Maria vorübergehend noch bis Ende April bewohnen. Danach hast du die Wohnung komplett für dich. Die Miete für April wird dann natürlich entsprechend reduziert.

Die Wohnung verfügt des Weiteren über einen kleinen Balkon mit Zugang von der Küche und dem Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank und einer Waschmaschine.
Bad und WC sind getrennt.

Geheizt wird mit einem Gasofen und im Schlafzimmer zusätzlich mit einer Elektroheizung.
