From 1 January we rent a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Stuttgart.
Last refurbishment December 2024: parquet floor new and walls freshly painted!
The apartment has approx. 42 sqm and consists of two rooms, connected via a hallway, the kitchen with an upstream daylight bath and the separate toilet.
The house is on the slope, so the apartment is above the earth. It is extremely bright, has a new floor covering and is freshly painted.
High-quality and extensive equipment:
- Brand new light oak wood parquet flooring (very low-emission flooring paint – according to EC1 Plus (Emicode)) in ALL rooms except tiles in bathroom and separate daylight toilet.
- Wall color solvent- and plasticizer-free, low-emission, odour-neutral.
- New kitchen with stove, oven, extractor hood and dishwasher (!).
- Beautiful daylight bath with shower and sink (associated with the kitchen), as well as electric floor conditioning.
- Separate daylight toilet.
- Artemide ceiling lamps with LED lamps in all rooms.
- Garden use.
- Large roof terrace for all rental parties.
- Other storage or storage facilities in the house, by appointment.
- Quick Wi-Fi in the complete building through multiple access points (up to 250 MBit/s download up to 40 MBit/s upload).

- DSL and additional cable connection available in almost all rooms
- tado heating control with tado thermostats on all radiators, therefore saving heating is possible.
- Heating modernization or conversion to central heating in 2020.
- Keyless access to the house via app (nuki).
- Use of an existing Miele washing machine (for a small fee) or installation of your own washing machine in the separate laundry outside the apartment.
Electricity is not included in the additional costs, but probably the heating costs.
Pure residential area, long green strips in front of the house with gardens left and right towards the valley side – quietly situated. Living in the green, but in the city.
Tram stop "Im Degen" within walking distance. Ideal connection to Main Station, Downtown, University of Stuttgart, HAW, DHBW, Mercedes-Benz etc.
Good shopping opportunities in running distance (Aldi, Rewe city, Lidl, Penny etc.).
From now on, visits are possible – also online. Personal visits are easier and faster to organize.
