Die Miete schließt alle Kosten ein: Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Gas, Müll, GEZ, Internetzugang, Schornsteinfeger, Grundsteuer — alles inbegriffen.
Besichtigungen vor Ort oder on-line sind möglich.

Since I will be out of town during the first part of 2025, my flat will be available during this time.
The large, 117-square-metre, four-and-a-half-room flat includes three bedrooms (13 m², 16 m² and 27 m²), a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bath (with a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink and washing machine), a closet and a 27-square-metre living/dining room.
The rent covers all costs: heat, water, electricity, gas, rubbish collection, t.v. and radio licence fee, Internet, chimney sweep, property taxes — all included.

Die Wohnung könnte nicht zentraler liegen. Man ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Marktplatz, Holzmarkt, Bäckerien, Lustnauer Tor, Am Stadtgraben Bushalteste0lle, Nonnenhaus (mit einem Edeka) und mehreren Cafés und Kneipen. Der große REWE ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Universitätsklinikum Tübingen (Uni-Klinikum Berg) ist in nur 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle Parkhaus König aus zu erreichen. Die Universitätsbibliothek, der Hegelbau und der Brechtbau sind in 14 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Max-Planck-Institut ist von der Bushaltestelle Wilhelmstraße aus in 17 Minuten zu erreichen.

The flat could not be more centrally located. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Marktplatz, Holzmarkt, bakeries, Lustnauer Tor, the Am Stadtgraben bus stop, Nonnenhaus (which has an Edeka) and several cafés and pubs. The large REWE is only 10 minutes away on foot. The University Hospital Tübingen (Uni-Klinikum Berg) is only a 3-minute bus ride from from the Parkhaus König bus stop. The University Library, the Hegelbau and the Brechtbau are 14 minutes away on foot. The Max Planck Institute is a 17-minute bus ride from the Wilhelmstraße bus stop.
