Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht (Waschmaschine, French Press, Mikrowelle, Fernseher etc). Französische Balkone in beiden Zimmern straßenseitig zur Gumpendorfer Straße. Es wurden vor 4 Jahren Schallschutzfenster eingebaut, dementsprechend ist es trotz viel befahrener Straße relativ leise in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im DG (5. OG) ohne Aufzug. Fahrradabstellplatz ist im Innenhof vorhanden.

We are subletting our beautiful 50sqm flat in an old building while we are not in Austria. The flat is a 2-room flat, with a bedroom and an open-plan living room to the kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing stay (washing machine, French press, microwave, TV etc). French balconies in both rooms on the street side facing Gumpendorfer Straße. Soundproof windows were installed 4 years ago, so it is relatively quiet in the flat despite the busy street. The flat is on the top floor (5th floor) without a lift. Bicycle parking is available in the inner courtyard.
