Schweren Herzens verlassen wir unsere geliebte Wohnung. 5. Stock, kein Lift, dafür immer Sonnenlicht. ☼
Warum es toll ist hier zu wohnen:
- 50m², 680€ kalt, 145€ für Strom, Gas und Wlan
- Flur, Klo, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Durchgang zur Küche, kleiner Abstellraum
- kleines Kellerabteil um Sachen zu lagern
- relativ ruhige begrünte Straße (große Baumallee = im Sommer grüner Ausblick), wenig Verkehr
- nachts keine direkten Nachbar:innen gegenüber (= Schule)

We leave our beloved apartment with a heavy heart. 5th floor, no elevator, but always sunlight. ☼
Why it's great to live here:
- 50m², 680€ cold, 145€ for electricity, gas and wifi
- Hallway, toilet, bathroom, bedroom, living room with passage to the kitchen, small storage room
- Small cellar compartment to store things
- relatively quiet leafy street (large avenue of trees = green view in summer), little traffic
- no direct neighbors across the street at night (= school)
- inhabited rooms are well heatable and relatively new windows
- above us: old, unoccupied laundry room (therefore not so hot in summer); below us: 94-year-old grandma who can't hear anything; next to us: a family of 4 on one side and a person on the other who is sometimes a bit louder, but who is easy to talk to
- there's an old bathtub in the bathroom, it's a bit rusty and broken, it didn't bother us that much, but if you want to, it's certainly not that difficult to repaint it

We would take the bulk of our furniture and could leave the washing machine (refreshed three years ago) after agreement, 2 for the apartment self-built shelves as well as a freezer (from will, works well) and the washing machine (refreshed three years ago).
We would like to find the most beautiful, renters: to find in them who may be dependent on a halfway liveable apartment - from our site: everybody's welcome! BER: Since we only take over the search for renters and the official rental ratio runs over our landlord, we can unfortunately also promise nothing... However, he has always been quite relaxed towards us (not interested ^^) and uncomplicated (and he also knows that new people will move in).
What is important to our landlord is: it must somehow be proven that the rent can be paid (we have one person for us at the time) - he wishes the payroll of the past three months. He also needs proof of identity if there is a current registration note and he would prefer it if the new tenants:in EU citizens:inside are...
Look forward to hearing from you in any case - sightseeing possible either in real or videocall :)

We would take most of our furniture with us and could, by arrangement, leave 2 shelves we built ourselves for the apartment as well as a freezer (from Willarme, works well) and the washing machine (bought new three years ago) (suggested transfer fee: €200).
We think it would be best to find new tenants who are perhaps in need of a reasonably affordable apartment - from our side: everybody's welcome! ♫ BUT: As we are only responsible for finding a new tenant and the official tenancy runs through our landlord, we Unfortunately can't make any promises... However, he has always been quite (not relaxed interested ^^) and uncomplicated towards us (and he knows that new people will be moving in).
What is important to our landlord: we have to be distract to prove somehow that we can pay the rent (we had someone vouch for us at the time) - he would like the payslip for the last three months. He therefore needs proof of identity, a current registration form if available, and would prefer the new tenants to be EU citizens...
We look forward to hearing from you - viewings are possible either in person or by video call :)
