For rent comes a partly furnished, very bright apartment with balcony at the foot of the beautiful Wilheminenberg. All windows and the balcony are aligned to two very quiet courtyards. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms or, if desired, as one bedroom and a living room. There is also a large kitchen in which there is a dining table for six people. - A bathroom with separate toilet.
(On request, furniture and equipment would be adaptable)

Despite the very good transport connection (about 6 min to the end station U3), you are very fast in the green. In the immediate vicinity there are some hay, inns and shops of daily need. Near the universities (about 20min to the main university with tram 44). Other lines: 46 to Volkstheater, S 45 to Hütteldorf/Handelskai.

The apartment has been used as a 2nd student WG. The only "condition" would be the takeover of the Wlan Treaty of about 6 months (favourable rate). Electricity/gas and insurance are to be paid separately, with this amount (including Wlan) usually amounting to about 140€ in addition to the cold rental (1180€). Experience has shown that over 1300€ is expected for the entire apartment.
