meine voll ausgestattete Wohnung wird voraussichtlich vom 19. Juli bis Ende September frei (möglich etwas länger). Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung und meinen Sachen umgeht und sich liebevoll um meine Pflanzen kümmert. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- Flur
- Küche (mit Induktionsherd, Ofen, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr usw.)
- Bad (mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Handtüchern)
- Einem großen Zimmer, das in Schlaf-, Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich aufgeteilt ist.

My fully furnished and equipped flat will be available from approx. 19th of July till end of September (possible a bit longer). I'm looking for a responsible person who can take a good care of it and keep my flowers alive.
The Apartment has 40m2 and consists of a hallway, kitchen, bathroom and a large room divided into a sleeping area and a couch area with a working corner (desk, monitor, office chair). It's equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge & freezer. Kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels etc. are also available. Apartment was recently renovated so pretty much everything is new and in top condition.
Ruhige Lage im Hinterhof, alle wichtigen Einrichtungen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet eine hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung: U8 Pankstraße sowie U- und S-Bahn Gesundbrunnen sind in der Nähe, ebenso wie die Straßenbahnlinien M13 und 50, die nur wenige Schritte entfernt sind. Ein Lidl und DM befinden sich 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und das Gesundbrunnen-Center mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The Location is very quiet, in a backyard so you don't hear any noise from outside. Everything you need is in a walking distance: Lidl is 3min walk away, Gesundbrunnen shopping mall 10min walk away. Nearest tram stop just around the corner, multiple U- & S-Bahn lines 6-10min walk away.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Einzelperson. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Die Miete beträgt 900€ pro Monat inklusive aller Kosten. Die Kaution beträgt ebenfalls 900€. Die Anmeldung ist für eine Person möglich.
Bei Interesse schreibe bitte kurz etwas über dich und gib an, von wann bis wann du die Wohnung mieten möchtest. Wir können dann gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren, entweder vor Ort oder virtuell.
