You have several different supermarkets, apotheke, turkish supermarkets and malls around the corner and two gyms at short distance. Many 24h Spetkauf and tabacchi, small stores, douners and restaurants open till late just around the corner, many gardens.

Latest but not last, my neighbors are lovely. We all are in good relationship, we cooperate and take care of each others so there is a good energy all around.

The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple as well.
All costs of monthly utilities and expenses are incl. in the rent (as its use here in Berlin).

Note: If you are a couple I'd charge an additional 150,- utility consume costs.

I do require the first month rent upon delivery of the keys + 1 single small deposit for possible damages, which will returned to you at termination of your staying. (plz be kind with my home, I have some very precious furnitures collection, I'd rather like to get ''her'' back the way i gave it to you)
