The apartment is available from April 10th till the end of May. I'm looking for someone respectful and considerate to take my flat. There also may be a potential that the subletting period could be extended. The flat is only for one person (*no couples*) and pets are *not allowed* in the flat.
There is a beautiful large window that overlooks a tree in the courtyard. A couch and a large desk sit right next to the window which gets lots of light. There is a double bed and bedding will be provided. There is also a clothing rack for your clothes. Beside the bed is a bookshelf with a little reading lamp on it.
There is a cute wooden table for meals attached to the kitchen wall. The oven has been newly replaced and is great for baking! The kitchen has lots of surface area for cooking and preparing meals. There are just a couple plants, but they are very low maintenance and easy to keep happy!

The apartment is in the heart of Kreuzkölln right next to Hasenheide park. Hermannplatz is a 3 minute walk (the subway entrance is directly at the end of the street) and is connected to the U7 and U8 lines and there are also lots of additional bus connections. Tempelhof is a short walk away (about 10 minutes) and the canal is not too far either (about a 15 minute walk). There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area and there is even a co-working cafe across the street for when you’re tired of working from home and want to switch it up! The supermarkets are a 3 minute walk, with a gym, dm, and a hardware store right next to them. There is an outdoor market a couple days during the week right at Hermannplatz.
I'd prefer a vegetarian staying in the flat as I'm vegetarian.
