Hallo guys,
I am subletting a one-bedroom apartment for 800€ starting around Sep 15st 2024 until the end of April 2025 (but are a bit flexible on that).

Some info about the apartment:
The apartment has 35 m2 and consists of a small hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a small separated kitchen and the living room with the bed. There is also a nice balcony. The apartment is located in the south of the city. If you like walking or jogging, it is very nice that you are in the fields within a kilometer. But because the subway station Wutzkyalle is only 4 minutes away, you get into the city quite quickly. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and there are also supermarkets and a weekly farmer's market at the subway station. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is also equipped. The rent 800€ include everything (electricity, internet, etc.), but registration is unfortunately not possible.
And about me:
I am 32 and work in Berlin as a civil engineer, so I am in the city regularly.
If you're interested, we can do a video call, give you a video tour of the apartment and get to know each other. Or if you're in town, then of course you can stop by in person.
