Hallo. Ich möchte die Wohnung für meine Abwesenheit untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist in einem kleinen Hochhaus mit Aufzug. Sie ist renoviert, modern ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zudem ist sie sehr hell. Für die Zwischenmiete ist alles möbliert und ausgestattet (inkl. Fernseher, Internet, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Küchenausstattung). Viele der Möbel sind aus Holz.

Hello, I would like to sublet the apartment for my absence. The apartment is in a small high-rise building with elevator. It is renovated, modernly furnished and in very good condition. It is also very bright. Everything is furnished and equipped for the interim rental (incl. TV, internet, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipment). Much of the furniture is made of wood.
Please note: The rental costs are for the indicated rental time span.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Spree und Berlins größter Park, der Tiergarten, sowie Schloss Bellevue befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man läuft etwa 15 Minuten zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Bellevue für viele Verbindungen in anderes Stadtteile ist weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich typisches Moabiter Leben, zum Beispiel viele Kaffees, Kneipen und Restaurants/Dönerbuden.

The location is very central. The Spree river and Berlins largest park, the Tiergarten, as well as Bellevue Palace are super close. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Berlin Central Station. The Bellevue S-Bahn stop for many connections to other city districts is less than 5 minutes away. Nearby you will find typical Moabit life, like many cafés, pubs and restaurants/kebab stands.
Es kann gerne alles online geklärt werden oder man kommt kurz vorbei. Schlüsselübergabe sollte persönlich erfolgen.
