The apartment is located on the 2. floor of a pretty villa in Blasewitz.
Complete furnished with a bed, couch, closet, small table with 2 chairs, stove with oven, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine, which can be bought from the current renter.
Bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is in a separate room with window, which makes cooking pretty comfortable.
The villa has a beautiful garden, which can be used for BBQ or just chill.
Zur Elbe und Elberadweg weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Uniklinikum, MPI und CRTD zu Fuß sehr nah erreichbar.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Linie 6 direkt zur Neustadt, Linie 12 zur Innenstadt)
Bushaltestelle 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Linie 62 zur Innenstadt).

Uniklinikum, MPI and CRTD are at a walking distance.
A tram stop is ca. 10 minutes walk (line 6 direct to the Neustadt, line 12 to the city center), and a bus stop is ca. 6 minutes walk (line 62 direct to city center)
A Netto supermarket is ca. 15. minutes walk. To Schillerplatz ca. 20 minutes walk, where you can find banks, supermarkets, drugstores and a cinema.
