Its a spaceous room fully firnished with all you need.
Theres a working place with a screen that can be used and a smart TV. Im working in Homeoffice myself so the room is perfectly equppied for that.
Ill take all my personal stuff out so you will have enough space for yours.
Its central in the hip kreuzkölln area , the canal is right in front of the door and its perfect to go for long walks and runs. The street is very calm but only few mins away from bars and cafes .
The bus gets you directly to u8 , u7 , u6 and the s-bahn.
We are very respectful with each other and my roomate has a tight week schedule so its important to respect each others space. Parties in the fllat are not welcomed.
Shes a musician so theres sometimes some piano and cello playing during the day .
We keep the shared rooms very clean (cleaning after cooking etc.) so the other doesnt need to do it before using .
‼️there are usually cats living in the flat so its not recommendet if youre allergic‼️
They wont be there during february
