My name is LouLou, from Berlin, and me and my bestfriend, we sublet our two seperate rooms in our beautiful 2-Room Apartment from 5th October (also possible mid or end of october) and all November.
It's a quite and cosy apartment in Wedding with a lot of sunlight, space and two separate fully furnished rooms with a bed, desk, closet etc. One side goes out to the small sunny backyard and the other side of the apartment with windows to into the backyard with a wide view into the sky. Because we are top floor :)
The apartment has a dishwasher, a washing machine and wifi.
We care a lot about our apartment, therefore we are looking for two seperate people, a couple or friends, who will enjoy living here with care and respect for the space and our belongings.
It is a nice but busy area, in Wedding. Easily reachable, also during the night. It has nice bars and two amazing italian Pizza places around the corner.
It's very close to the U9 Station Nauener Platz (direction to Zoologischer Garten)
But you can also walk easily to U6 Leopoldplatz (in 7 min to Friedrichstrasse)
10 min walk to S Wedding (Ringbahn)
Me and my best friend share this apartment. We care a lot about a clean, tied up space. It's a feel good place in old-berlin-style with wooden floors and high ceilings.
